The Board of Directors of Arab National Bank has recommended thru Circulation on 18/6/2017 distribution of a cash dividend to the shareholders for first half 2017 as follows:
1.Total amount of cash dividend to be distributed: SAR 550 Millions
2.Dividend amount per share SAR 0.55
3.Percentage of dividend to par value: 5.5%.
4. Number of shares eligible for dividends ( 1,000,000,000 ) shares
5.The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders owning shares on the due of Sunday 8-10-1438 H as per Umm ALQura corresponding to 02-07-2017 and those shareholders registered in the Banks share registry at the Depository Center ( SDC ) at the end of the second trading day following the due date which corresponds to Tuesday 10-10-1438 as per Umm ALQura corresponding to 04-07-2017
6.Dividend Pay Date: 16-07-2017
