Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Cable on Sunday announced that it will postpone the announcement of the financial statements of the fourth quarter of 2016 and the first quarter of 2017, as well as the annual results, since the financial consultant report is being revised by the auditors, according to a bourse filing.

The company released three separate announcements to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) for each delay. The Q4-16 and annual financial results ending 31 December 2016 are currently under review by the lenders, and will then be reviewed by the external auditor. Subsequently, due to the delay in the announcement of those results, the Q1-17 financial statements were postponed.

“The company expects to publish the financial results of Q1-17 within twelve weeks starting from [Sunday],” a company statement read.
