Riyadh - Mubasher: Investors in the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) are anticipating a series of major events in the upcoming week, between 2 and 6 July, led by the distribution of cash dividends by the National Commercial Bank (NCB).
On Sunday, the National Agriculture Marketing Company (Thimar) will hold its ordinary general meeting (OGM) to vote on the company’s financial statements for 2016.
Similarly, Al Gassim Investment Holding Company (GACO) will hold its OGM on Tuesday 4 July, in order to vote on the distribution of cash dividends for the first quarter of 2017 at SAR 0.25 per share.
On Wednesday, the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of the Saudi Paper Manufacturing Company (SPMC) will be held to vote on the financial statements for last year, and to form the audit committee.
The National Commercial Bank (NCB) will begin on Thursday distribution cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of 2017 at SAR 1.1 per share, representing 11% of the company’s capital with a total value SAR 2.2 billion.
