Cairo - Mubasher: Egypt South Africa for Communication (Egysacom) said Thursday that it has postponed its ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled for 10 July to 24 July.

The company said that the OGM was delayed so that the board members can attend it, according to a bourse filing.

The stock stood on Wednesday at EGP 0.3.
