Riyadh - Mubasher: Investors in the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) are anticipating a series of important events this week, between 9 and 13 July 2017, led by the distribution of cash dividends by some major listed-companies.

Kingdom Holding Company will begin on Sunday 9 July, the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders at SAR 0.125 per share.

The market also awaits the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) for Al Hammadi Company for Development and Investment, which will be hold tomorrow, as the company’s shareholders will vote on both the auditor and board of directors’ reports.

On Thursday, Yanbu National Petrochemical Company (Yansab) will distribute dividends to its shareholders for the first half of 2017 at SAR 1.5 per share, representing 15% of the company’s capital, with a total value of SAR 562.5 million.
