MetLife AIG ANB Cooperative Insurance Company announces that the Board of Directors on 10/07/2017 approved the appointment of Mr. Abdullah Ahmed Al Kenany as Board Member (Independent) after obtaining SAMA approval on 16/10/1438H. Mr. Abdullah Al Kenany will undertake his duties as of 10/07/2017 corresponding to 16/10/1438H. This appointment shall not be deemed final and shall be presented to the coming general assembly meeting for approval. Mr. Abdullah has a diverse experience in finance and accounting and has undertaken several leading positions during his career.
