Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) on Tuesday announced that the previous chairman of NASDAQ OMX Armenia Exchange Henri Bergström has joined the ADX as a market development advisor.

Bergström’s appointment is part of a strategic plan to use his experience to develop the operating system of the ADX, according to ADX CEO Rashed Al Blooshi said.

The previous chairman of NASDAQ OMX Armenia Exchange has more than 25 years of experience in the financial and business sectors, according to a statement.

“He will [be] in a position at [the] ADX to improve the strategic plan of the market in accordance with ADX strategic goals to increase [the] market cap and product range, as well as attract and activate a wider range of investors,” Al Blooshi added.
