Mubasher: Union Properties (UP) appointed Ahmed Yousef Abdulla Hussain Khouri as its CEO as of 16 July 2017, according to a bourse statement.

UP  announced earlier that it will hold an ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 25 May to fill the board’s three vacant seats.

In its last meeting, the BOD appointed Naser Butti Omair as chairman, the company’s general manager Ahmed Khalaf Al Marri.added during a press conference at UP’s headquarters.
