Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Sorayai Trading and Industrial Group’s board of directors approved on Tuesday the resignation of its CEO Vassilis Agapitos for personal reasons.

The decision is effective Wednesday, Al Sorayai added in a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul)

The board approved appointing Wael Saad Abdul Aziz Al Rashed as the new CEO.

By 11:45 am Saudi time, Tadawul-listed Al Sorayai’s stock remained stable at SAR 8.10.
