Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Monday registered one private transaction on Al Marai’s stock at a value of SAR 249 million, according to recent data.

The transaction included 3 million shares at a value of SAR 83 each.

By 2:37 pm KSA time, Al Marai’s stock retreated 1.18% to reach SAR 82.6, with a total trading value of SAR 5.7 million.

Private transactions on the stock exchange do not affect the price of the last transaction on the stock, the high-and-low share price, the opening and closing prices, the benchmark index, or the sector indices.
