Mubasher: Commercial Real Estate Company (Al Tijaria) has sold its entire stake in the Hill Top Warehouse (Lincoln) investment.

The Kuwaiti firm exited its 28.3% stake in the investment for about KWD 912,660 ($3 million), according to a bourse statement issued on Sunday.

A net gain of nearly KWD 149,270 will be realised from this exit deal, and will be registered in the financial statements of the third quarter of 2017.
