Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: RAK White Cement reported a 9.8% year-on-year decline in its profits during the second quarter of 2017, according to a bourse filing.

Net profits reached AED 10.33 million ($2.81 million) in Q2-17, compared to AED 11.46 million ($3.11 million) in Q2-16.

Revenues declined 18.2% to AED 60 million in Q2-17, compared to AED 73.33 million in Q2-16.

In the first half of 2017, net profits fell 19% year-on-year to AED 18.14 million. Likewise, revenues declined from AED 153.11 million in H1-17 to AED 125.77 million in H1-16.
