Cairo – Mubasher: Orange Egypt will continue reshuffling its executive management on 1 September, the company said in a statement on Thursday.

Through the restructure, Orange aims to increase its operational efficiency and add experienced competent calibre in the information and communication technology (ICT) sector.

The new executive management includes Maha Nagy as the company's vice president for communications and Abdul Fattah Fizi as vice president for sales, the statement said.

Pierre-Etienne Cizeron was appointed ‎chief marketing and commercial officer, while Rania Gharib as vice president for regulatory and legal affairs, and Ashraf Halim was promoted to deputy CEO from vice president of commercial affairs.

Orange is still in the process of hiring a chief financial officer (CFO) to replace Francois Vitte, the statement noted.

Orange Egypt CEO Jean-Marc Harion affirmed the company’s commitment to provide more than 10,000 direct and indirect job opportunities in Egypt.

By the end of Thursday’s trading session, Orange Egypt’s stock slipped 2.26% to EGP 115.03, with a turnover of EGP 529,990 exchanged through 4,570 transactions.
