Dubai – Mubasher: wasl Asset Management Group's work at the wasl1 development in Dubai is moving forward, according to a press release.

Enabling works are underway for wasl1 following the appointment of Kele Contracting for Phase 1 of the project.

Hills & Fort Construction LLC is also on-site, managing the infrastructure for the entire development, the company added.

Located adjacent to Zabeel Park, phase 1 of the project, Park Gate Residences, comprises 746 units that offer tenants the option of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as podium townhouses and penthouses.
