Kuwait – Mubasher: Heavy Engineering Industries and Shipbuilding Company (HEISCO) on Monday signed a KWD 38.76 million contract for the Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC).

The 63-month project is allocated for maintenance works at the Mina Abdullah Refinery, HEISCO added in its statement to Boursa Kuwait.

This agreement aims to achieve operational profits that will be listed in the company’s financial statements from 2017 until 2022.

In mid-July, the Kuwait-listed company won the bid for the KNPC without signing the agreement.
