Cairo – Mubasher: Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development on Monday said that its total sales of housing units reached EGP 76.06 million in August 2017.

The firm sold housing units of EGP 48.03 million and EGP 28 million in Sheraton Residences and New Heliopolis city, respectively, the company added in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).

The Egyptian firm is focusing on the future requirement and expectations of customers by putting new rules, aiming sales of EGP 1.2 billion in fiscal year 2017/2018.

Heliopolis Housing had previously posted that its total sales of housing units amounted to EGP 125.7 million in July 2017 in three investment cities.

By the end of Sunday’s trading session, Heliopolis Company’s stock rose 1.76% to EGP 26.55, with a turnover of EGP 5.3 million.
