Dubai – Mubasher: Bloom Properties, a subsidiary of Bloom Holding, is planning to deliver three real estate projects in 2018, said CEO Sameh Mohtadi on Monday.

The first project is FAYA, which is the fourth phase of Bloom Gardens community, and will be delivered in January 2018, Mohtadi added at a press conference held at Cityscape Global 2017 in Dubai.

The other two projects are Parkview and Soho Square, which will be delivered by August 2018 and November 2018, respectively, Mohtadi stated, noting that combined the three projects will house 1,400 units.

The company also has three hotels, namely: The Marriott Abu Dhabi, which was opened in 2016, the Abu Dhabi Edition, situated at the Abu Dhabi Marina and scheduled for opening in 2018, added to a hotel in Al Saadiyat, slated for opening in 2019.
