Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Drake and Scull International’s (DSI) board elected on 12 September Abdulla Atatreh as the new chairman.

This action followed the resignation of Abdulla Fareed Algurg from his position as the company’s chairman during the recent general assembly meeting held on 9 September, according to a bourse statement released Wednesday.

Independent member Ahmed Saeed Al Hamiri was appointed as vice chairman, and Abdulla Fareed Algurg as new board member.

These management changes followed the entry of Tabarak Investment, owned by Tabarak Commercial Investment (LLC), as a strategic shareholder in DSI.
