Riyadh – Mubasher: Two private transactions were executed on Al Marai’s stock on Wednesday on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) totalling SAR 23.17 million.

The transactions saw the trading of 331,000 shares, at SAR 61 per share, according to data published on Tadawul.

The two transactions were executed at a price less than the stock's trading price.

In the meantime, Al Marai’s stock traded in the range between SAR 77.80 and SAR 75.20.

Private transactions on the stock do not affect the price of the last transaction on the stock, the high-and-low share price, the opening and closing prices, the benchmark index, or the sector indices.

Private transactions affect the trading volume, value, and the number of transactions.
