Riyadh – Mubasher: Two private transactions were executed on the stock of the Saudi Arabia-based Arabian Cement Co on Monday on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) totaled SAR 18.3 million.

The transactions saw the trading of 572,700 shares, at SAR 32 per share, according to a bourse statement.

The Saudi cement firm’s stock shed 0.47%, closing at SAR 31.80 on Monday.

Private transactions on the stock do not affect the price of the last transaction on the stock, the high-and-low share price, the opening and closing prices, the benchmark index, or the sector indices.

Private transactions affect the trading volume, value, and the number of transactions.
