Riyadh – Mubasher: Dallah Healthcare Company (DHC) on Monday signed the structural constructions contract for the West Expansion of Dallah Hospital Al-Nakheel in Riyadh with Youssef Marroun Contracting Company (YMCO).

The total value of the contract amounted to SAR 140 million including the structure and some mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works, according to the company’s filing to Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

The project will start as of 25 September 2017, DHC said, noting that  structural works will be completed by the second quarter of 2019.

The project’s capacity is 150 beds and 30 clinics, Dallah revealed, noting that the contract does not entail any related parties.

Dallah Healthcare’s stock fell 2.1% registering SAR 110.60 at Monday’s close.
