Mubasher: Eyas for Higher and Technical Education clarified that holding the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) in October will not modify the actual date of withdrawing from Boursa Kuwait.

Eyas previously announced that it would delist from the stock market on 28 September, according to a bourse statement issued on Sunday.

This disclosure followed a news story published in a local newspaper regarding the confusing of the date of delisting.
