Riyadh – Mubasher: Two private transactions were executed on Mouwasat Medical Services Company’s stock on Monday on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) totaled SAR 4.76 million.

The transactions saw the trading of 29,540 shares, at SAR 161 per share, according to a bourse filing.

Mouwasat’s stock was traded at SAR 161.60, registering the highest price in this time, whereas the lowest price during Monday’s trading activities amounted to SAR 161.

Private transactions on the stock do not affect the price of the last transaction on the stock, the high-and-low share price, the opening and closing prices, the benchmark index, or the sector indices.

Private transactions affect the trading volume, value, and the number of transactions.
