Riyadh – Mubasher: Taleem real estate investment traded fund (Taleem REIT) on Sunday said it will distribute cash dividends for the period between 30 May and 30 September at 15 halalas per unit.

Total distributions amount to SAR 4.28 million, representing 15% of the fund's capital, according to a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

Eligibility will be for shareholders registered in the group’s register at the depository centre at the end of trading Monday, 16 October, while the date for distributing the dividends will be announced at a later time.

Dividends will be distributed among shareholders of record by the end of the second trading day following the maturity date.

Taleem REIT was listed under the REITs sector on 30 May.
