The following are the highlights most important decision and results of the audited financial statements approved by the Board of Directors on 29 /10/2017. The said result is subject to the next AGM approval:

1- The Net Profit for the period ended 31 August 2017 is RO. 1,298,442

2- The Board of Directors has proposed 12.5% cash dividend.

3- The Board has decided to hold the AGM on 28 Nov 2017
