Mubasher: China’s manufacturing growth remained unchanged during October at 52 points, in line with analysts' forecasts, and a slight improvement occurred in manufacturing operating conditions, according to Caixin Purchasing Managers’ Index, known as (Markit).

"The stringent production curbs imposed by the government to reduce pollution and relatively low inventory levels have added to cost pressures on companies in midstream and downstream industries, which could have a negative impact on production in the coming months," CNBC reported, citing Zhengsheng Zhong, director of macroeconomic analysis at CEBM Group, as saying.
