Mubasher: National Petroleum Services (NAPESCO) on Tuesday reported an increase of 104.4% year-on-year in the third quarter profits of 2017.

The profits reached KWD 3.96 million ($13.11 million) in Q3-17, compared to KWD 1.94 million ($6.42 million) in Q3-16, according to the company’s statement on Boursa Kuwait.

Results showed that the company’s profits reached KWD 8 million in the first three quarters of 2017, registering rise by 39.9% from KWD 5.72 million in the same period last year.

The increase in the operational activity resulted in growing Q3 profits, according to the statement.

NAPESCO previously reported that its profits rose 6.9% achieving KWD 4.04 million in the first half of 2017, from KWD 3.78 million in H1-16.
