Riyadh – Mubasher: A private transaction was executed on the Saudi Basic Industries Corp’s (SABIC) stock totaled SAR 3.96 million on Wednesday on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

The transaction saw trading of 40,000 shares, at SAR 99 per share, which is considered the highest price of the stock during the session.

Private transactions on the stock do not affect the price of the last transaction on the stock, the high-and-low share price, the opening and closing prices, the benchmark index, or the sector indices.

Private transactions affect the trading volume, value, and the number of transactions.
