Referring to CMA's announcement on 28/12/1438H corresponding to 19/09/2017 regarding the continuous suspension on trading the shares of Alujain Corp (the "Company") on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) as the Company’s auditor’s report contained a disclaimer of conclusion on the preliminary financial results for the period ended on 30 June 2017. 
The company published its preliminary financial results for the period ending 30 September 2017 along with the auditor’s report containing  the conclusion results.  Accordingly, the CMA Board has issued its decision to lift the suspension on trading the Company’s shares starting from Monday 24/02/1439H corresponding to 13/11/2017.
