As part of the Capital Market Authority's ("CMA") continuous efforts to develop the capital market in the Kingdom through aligning the Saudi Capital Market with the best practices applied internationally and taking into consideration the transition to International Financial Reporting Standards ("IFRS"), the CMA Board of Commissioners has issued its resolution dated 25/2/1439H corresponding to 14/11/2017G to exempt listed companies from disclosing the 4th Quarter financial statements for current financial year.
