Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: Aldar Properties on Sunday announced that it sold out the second phase of Water’s Edge project, which brings the total sales value of all project’s units to more than AED 800 million.

“We are delighted to have sold out these two phases of Water’s Edge in such a short space of time,” said Talal Al Dhiyebi, Aldar Properties’ CEO.

“The exceptional response demonstrates customer confidence in Aldar’s developments and our ability to create communities in which people want to live,” the top official added.

Located on Yas Island, Water’s Edge comprises a waterfront promenade with various dining and retail options, in addition to 13 apartment buildings.
