MetLife AIG ANB Cooperative Insurance Company announces the completion of the assignment period by the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Carl Tachdjian, who will be moving to another position within MetLife (the founding shareholder) effective 31/12/2017 corresponding to 13/04/1439H. Also, the Company announces the approval of the Board of Directors, under Board resolution No. (7/2017) dated 19/11/2017, on the appointment of Mr. Rabih Abdul Khalek as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective 01/01/2018 corresponding to 14/04/1439H after obtaining, on 19/11/2017 corresponding to 01/03/1439H, SAMA no objection letter on his appointment. Mr. Abdul Khalek has a broad insurance experience for more than 27 years, during which he held leadership positions including Deputy Chairman & Managing Director of MetLife Alico, Egypt, and recently as Head of Accident & Health & Unit Linked Fund Management at MetLife EMEA region. His appointment will be presented to the coming ordinary General Assembly for approval.
