Dubai - Mubasher: UAE-based ASGC on Monday announced the expansion of its overseas portfolio with two new projects in Cairo, Egypt.

The awards were made by Emaar Misr, a subsidiary of Dubai-based Emaar Properties.

Emaar Misr chose ASGC as the main contractor for two of its projects: new Uptown Cairo project Levana Phase I and II, and the Crescent project within Cairo’s Mivida development, according to a company statement.

“We are proud to have been selected by Emaar Misr to deliver these exciting projects, and we look forward to applying our expertise in contributing to Egypt’s urban progress,” said Bishoy Azmy, ASGC’s CEO.

ASGC’s work in Levana Phase I and II will include the construction of 121 villas and townhouses with around 62,000 square metres in built-up area, along with infrastructure, landscapes, and utility networks, the company revealed.

Dubai-based ASGC will also construct 13 fully-finished apartment buildings in Crescent development at Mividia, in addition to private gardens, landscaping, and infrastructure.
