Cairo - Mubasher: Marseilia Almasreia Alkhalegeya Real Estate Investment has signed an agreement with Sabbour Consulting Company to conduct the technical consultations and reviews for the Hayat Alex Park project.

Total investments in the 42,000 square meter project amount to EGP 3 billion, according to the company’s chairman, Yasser Ragab.

A Belgian company was chosen for design consultations, while JLL was assigned the executive design.

Hayat Alex Park includes a hotel, entertainment and business districts, as well as 16 residential towers that houses 1,229 units.

Meanwhile, Hussien Sabbour noted that his company will supervise all of the project’s sector to ensure meeting global quality standards.
