The Board of Directors of Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Insurance were notified on 22nd November 2017 by Banque Saudi Fransi that, with immediate effect, Mr. Patrice Couvegnes (Board Member) is no longer their representative in the Board of Directors and in the Executive Committee of Allianz Saudi Fransi.

The Board of Directors of Allianz Saudi Fransi noted the decision of Banque Saudi Fransi and accordingly, the membership of Mr. Patrice Couvegnes in the Board of Director and in the Executive Committee of Allianz Saudi Fransi are ended with effect on the 22nd November 2017
