Mubasher: United Projects Company for Aviation Services (UPAC) held a board meeting on Wednesday when Hasan Bassam Al Houri submitted his resignation from the chairman position.

Al Houri kept his membership in the board as a non-executive member, according to a bourse filing disclosed on Thursday.

UPAC’s board has elected Tarek Ibrahim Mohammad Al Mousa as the new chairman, with his deputy being Nadia Abdullah Mohamed Akil, who is the CEO of the company.
