Dubai – Mubasher: Amanat Holdings announced that its board members approved an investment opportunity proposed to the company, according to a bourse statement issued on Wednesday.

The board has authorised the executive management to execute and study the investment opportunity.

The DFM-listed company will disclose the opportunity’s details once it is completed, the statement added.

In Late November, the former chairman announced that Amanat was mulling over investing AED 1 billion in healthcare and educational sectors in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
