Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Aviation Lease and Finance (Alafco) agreed to distribute 10% of capital or 10 fils as cash dividends to shareholders, according to a bourse filing issued on Monday.

Alafco’s capital stands at KWD 95.21 million distributed on 952.1 million shares at a par value of 100 fils each.

The dividends will be distributed on 25 January 2018 to stakeholders registered on 11 January, the set maturity date.

The OGM has approved deducting 10% as a legal reserve of KWD 3.49 million.
