Cairo – Mubasher: Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development’s stock hit all-time records during the mid-Wednesday trading session.

By 12:28 am Cairo time, the stock rose 4.26% to EGP 35.83 at a turnover of EGP 14.7 million.

Meanwhile, the real estate sector index edged up 0.8%, with transactions valued at EGP 57.4 million.

At this moment, Heliopolis Housing’s stock acquired 25.6% of the real estate sector’s liquidity.

Moreover, the benchmark EGX30 index sank to 14,881.75 points during the mid-session, after a marginal rise early Wednesday, by 0.28% or 41.1 points.

Additionally, the EGX's total liquidity amounted to around EGP 323.9 million as 72.8 million shares were traded through 8,800 transactions.
