Mubasher: Prices of internet subscriptions in Kuwait reached $53.4 per month, which are the cheapest among Gulf nations.

While the UAE offers the most expensive internet prices among the GCC peers with $155.2 a month, according to HowMuch.net website, which is specialised in making global comparisons in services and other segments.

The GCC’s internet average price is $166, which is more than double the service price in Kuwait.

Qatar ranked second in terms of highest internet prices in the Gulf with $149.5, followed by Oman, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia with $147.9, $105.2, and $84.1 respectively, according to the data. 

Moreover, broadband internet prices in the Southern Hemisphere were seen as higher than the north.
