At its Extraordinary General Assembly meeting held on 18 October 2017, Vodafone Qatar P.Q.S.C. (“Vodafone Qatar” or the “Company”) changed its financial year end from 31 March to 31 December. 

The Company’s financial year will now run from 1 January to 31 December.  This will ensure closer alignment of the Company’s results announcements and other reporting requirements with other listed companies in Qatar.

The Board of Directors of Vodafone Qatar will meet on Thursday, 18 January 2018 and will issue a trading update for the 9-month period ending 31 December 2017.  

The Company’s audited financial results for the 9-month period starting 1 April 2017 and ending 31 December 2017 will be announced within the 3-month period following the year-end along with a preform unaudited income statement for the 12-month period starting 1 January 2017 and ending 31 December 2017.
