Dubai – Mubasher: Nakheel Properties on Wednesday announced that the construction of the AED 10 million Warsan Village Club at Nakheel’s Warsan Village villa community in Dubai was underway.

Warsan Village Club will comprise a restaurant, swimming pool, children’s pool, and gym, and is scheduled to be inaugurated in 2019, Nakheel revealed.

“The recreation club is the latest addition to the 147 hectare, gated Warsan Village master community, where the AED 1.2 billion Warsan Souk, a vibrant retail and dining destination, is also under construction and due to open next year,” the developer added.

In 2016, Nakheel delivered 934 villas in Warsan Village.
