Dubai – Mubasher: Emirates Refreshments Co on Sunday reported turning to loss last year.

Net losses amounted to AED 2.7 million in 2017, compared to profits of AED 3.517 million a year earlier, according to a filing to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM).

Revenues stood at AED 54.654 million last year, from AED 61.5 million in 2016.

Meanwhile, operating losses totalled AED 3.372 million in the year ended December 2017, versus operating profits of AED 3.003 million in 2016.

Loss per share reached AED 0.089 in 2017, compared to earnings per share (EPS) of AED 0.117 the previous year.

Moreover, Emirates Refreshments’ total assets fell to AED 57.601 million last year from AED 60.856 million.
