Dubai – Mubasher: DXB Entertainments on Monday posted a net loss of AED 254 million in the fourth quarter of 2017, compared to AED 289 million in the year-ago period.

The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) listed company, in which Meraas Holding holds a 52% stake, recorded an increase in net loss during the last year, reaching AED 1.116 billion versus a net loss of AED 484.8 million in 2016.

During 2017, we turned our attention to attract further visitors to our entertainment facilities following the change of both pricing and marketing strategies, while targeting GCC residents and the most tourist-exporting regions to maximise our clients, DXB Entertainments commented.
