Mubasher: The Qatar Industrial Manufacturing Company (QIMC) on Monday said that chairman Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al Thani has inked an agreement with the Redco Construction - Almana Company for constructing three mixed-use towers.

Located on QIMC’s land in Al Corniche Street, the total cost of the project amounted to QAR 1.2 billion ($330 million), according to the company’s statement to the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE).

Scheduled to be different from each other in terms of size and usage, the three towers consist of a base of 120,000 square metres, as well as an underground parking area, the Qatar-based firm added.

The 29-floor first tower offers first-class views of the Corniche and includes spa, gym, and a swimming pool, the statement showed.

Meanwhile, the 23-floor second tower will offer full office space, while the third 38-storey tower will be a luxury hotel.
