Cairo - Mubasher: Algeria is seeking to partner with Egypt in oil exploration, the Algerian minister of Energy told his Egypt counterpart on Tuesday.

Minister Mustapha Guitouni met with the Egyptian minister of petroleum Tarek El-Molla on the sidelines of the Egypt Petroleum Show 2018 (EGYPS).

The two ministers ha reportedly discussed establishing a new capital with a mutual capital to operate across the continent.
