Mubasher: Nafais Holding announced that the company will officially withdraw from Boursa Kuwait on Thursday, 15 February 2018, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.

Late March 2017, the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) has approved the delisting of Nafais from Boursa Kuwait; around 7.26% of the company’s shares are available for trading.

Early July 2017, the board members of Nafais has agreed on shrinking the capital by KWD 22.13 million to KWD 10 million.

Nafais Holding was first listed on Boursa Kuwait in early May 2005 under the industrial segment.
