The Board of Directors (BOD) of Al Salam Bank- Bahrain B.S.C. (SALAM) agreed in its meeting held on Tuesday 13.02.2018 to recommend the following distribution to its shareholders registered on the date of the AGM (the record date):

• Cash dividend of 7% of its share nominal value, i.e. 7 fils per share.

Please note that the above recommendation is subject to approval by the relevant regulators.
