Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait announced that Bukhamseen Holding has purchased about 817,790 shares in Kuwait International Bank (KIB) during the trading session on Thursday, 15 February.
The average price of purchasing this stake stood at KWD 0.23469 per share, at a total value of about KWD 199,930.
Bukhamseen Holding holds the largest stake in KIB with 35.32%.
KIB’s capital stands at KWD 103.73 million distributed on 1.04 billion at a par value of 100 fils per share.
