The Board of Directors (BOD) of Seef Properties B.S.C. (SEEF) agreed in its meeting held on Tuesday  2 0/2/201 8, to recommend the following distribution to its shareholders registered on the date of the AGM (the record date):

•   Cash dividend of  15% share nominal value (i.e.15 fils per share).

Please note that the above recommendation is subject to approval by the Relevant Regulators.
